Hi, I’m Ashleigh.
I’m here to help your family thrive, wherever in the world you are.
After more than 10 years as an international school counselor, I saw how much expat families needed personalized support beyond the school walls. That’s why I began offering counseling and assessments for children and families, as well as pediatric sleep consulting.
Together, these services allow me to support families in the moments that matter most — whether you’re navigating school transitions, addressing wellbeing, or simply finding rest.
I understand this life because I’m living it too.
As an expat parent myself, I know the joys and challenges of raising children abroad — adjusting to new schools, finding routines, and balancing family life in ever-changing environments. Many families I work with also navigate unique learning or social-emotional needs, and I’m here to help you understand those challenges and build strategies that truly fit your child. That perspective shapes how I support families: with empathy, cultural awareness, and the reassurance that you’re not alone in this.
My Approach
Here’s what you can expect when we work together:
-

Meeting you where you are—no one-size-fits-all solutions
-

Connection first—building trust so you feel comfortable opening up
-

Practical strategies—organized steps you can actually implement
After becoming a parent myself, I dove deep into child brain development and sleep science—and I’ve seen firsthand how interconnected it all is: learning, emotions, family rhythms, and rest. My role is to help you find balance in all of these pieces, so your child and your family can truly thrive.

Many places, one home at a time
I’ve been lucky to call several corners of the world home — from Congo-Brazzaville to Brussels. Each move has shaped how I see connection, belonging, and family life. I’m currently based in Senegal, grateful for the perspective that comes with living abroad.

Whether you're a parent, caregiver, or school—I'd love to meet you.
